Return Policy – 30 Days on Unused, Stock,
If you have purchased a stock, non-customized item we are happy to accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Products should be in new, unused condition. To initiate a return simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what product you would like to return, the purchase order #, and a brief explanation of the reason. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Customized Product Returns – We are unable to offer returns for products that are customized with your logo or information.
Freight Cost – For returns on items that are unwanted (not an issue with manufacturing or craftsmanship) we request that you pay for the returned freight cost. This will be deducted from your refund.
Once the returned product(s) is received and inspected in our warehouse a credit will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the product(s) from Forbes, less the cost of freight.
Manufacturing Defects and Craftsmanship Concerns – While we pride ourselves on manufacturing and selling top quality products, we’re not perfect! If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product you receive from us, we would like the opportunity to fix the issue.
Simply email us at email@example.com and we will work through the issue with you and provide a quick means for rectifying the problem. Feel free to include a picture in the email, as this often helps us understand the issue, and speeds up the process.
Order Cancellation Policy – If you have purchased a customized product, order cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. The custom manufacturing process means that various labor and material operations may already be in process at time of cancellation. Your customer service representative will work with you to assess charges.
