We have an FTP site for efficient exchange of large art files. Your salesperson will coordinate this with you.

Sampling Substrates-Materials

We can readily provide samples of all substrates with which we produce our ring binders, vinyl holders, kits and other presentation packaging - vinyl, paper, corrugated, poly, plastic, cloth, metal – just about anything.

Art Templates

Forbes can provide template files that will help you lay out the design of your artwork on the product you have chosen. Some templates for binders, planners, vinyl wallets, vinyl envelopes, check presenters,  checkbook covers and other products are available for you to download in the Artwork Tools section of this website.

Our Art Department has Mac and PC equipment loaded with the latest graphic arts software. Our production artists are highly experienced and proficient. Tool Making

Our Dansville facility has a fully staffed tool making department where, among other things, we manufacture our own high quality dies to produce binders, vinyl holders, padfolios, kits and other specialty packaging. 

Web Based Ordering Programs

We have a number of high volume web-based ordering programs with our customers to produce agent-imprinted and personalized products.  Please ask us how we can make this work for you to save time and expenses in your business.

Virtual Proofing

Forbes provides pdf files of art specifications for customer approval of sizing and placement. In addition, we can provide digital photographs of actual products to facilitate approvals and expedite projects.

We have a focused department for making custom samples.

Color Matching

We can color match your logo, artwork and material selection using the PMS color matching system.  We understand the importance of presenting your artwork just so.

Drop Shipping

We utilize UPS to drop ship thousands of orders to our customers’ customers annually. Ask us about our drop shipping services and costs.

4 Color Printing

4 color printing can be applied to paper, vinyl, plastic and many other substrates.  This enables you to have photo quality images on your binder, vinyl envelope, vinyl pouch and other presentation packaging products.  Your salesperson can tell you more about this option.

Customer Stocking Programs

For large orders, Forbes can make and hold products for shipment to customers on a just in time (JIT) basis. This provides customers with the best of both worlds – volume pricing and lean inventories.

Importing

Forbes has expertise and experience importing custom information packaging products such as binders, padfolios, sewn bags, check presenters and many other products from strategic partners in Asia. We can help you determine if importing is the best route for you, then source the product for you.

Fulfillment

Forbes provides a full range of fulfillment services, including assembly, kitting, packaging, labeling, shrink wrapping and drop shipping. We are highly experienced and entrusted with this service by some of America’s largest companies.  We can handle your whole binder fulfillment or kitting project from start to finish!

Our custom imprinting capabilities enable you to present your logo and artwork in virtually any manner under the sun.  We can hotstamp, foilstamp, stamp deboss, deboss, emboss, screenprint, screen deboss, 4 color print, pad print – and any combination of the above!
